Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Rate My Training. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

The service

Rate My Training analyses workout screenshots and manually entered metrics using AI, and returns a rating, summary, and coaching style advice. Analysis results are generated automatically and are provided for general fitness guidance only. They are not medical advice, and are not a substitute for consulting a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified trainer, particularly if you have an existing health condition, injury, or are new to exercise.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be aged 16 or over to use Rate My Training.

Credits and payment

Each workout analysis uses one credit. Credits are purchased in packs, are non transferable, and do not expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, we never see or store your card details.

Because credits are consumed the moment an analysis is generated, purchases are final and non refundable except where required by law, or where we have made a clear billing error.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to create accounts or submit workout data
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit checks, or any other technical restriction
• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to upload
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the screenshots and data you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to process them to generate your analysis. The Rate My Training name, branding, and app design belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

Rate My Training is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your reliance on AI generated analysis or advice, or from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your account

You may stop using Rate My Training at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly the acceptable use section above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will ask existing users to review and accept the updated terms the next time they sign in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
